woke up with the headache still there, though at a mild pain level. and no nasuea or blotchiness thank goodness. but, my the base of my skull area is kind of stiff. this actually started yesterday evening. makes it not so fun for driving and checking blind spots.

basically, i can move my head about 30 degress left and right. once i move farther than that, the opposite side of the base of my head starts hurting/tightening. it's not like im turning my head so much and my neck hurts. even going 45 degrees to the left will cause the left side of the lower portion of the head/brain to hurt. and going to the right too far and i actually feel it in the same spot on the right of the head but also feel it to the left of the neck, higher up and just left of where the head sits.

so freakin annoying to not know wtf is happening, or why it's happening again after so many years!!!!!
