Based on the descriptions, I'd say take both if you're really interested, because the ERM/Finance track appears to be related to both exams (AFE ~ Corporate Finance and FETE ~ Investments). However, I'd probably lean towards the Corporate Finance course for relevance to the course material for Exam AFE.
