That's true. No point in getting further involved in this thread. Many of us have tried to help him with his case, but all we got in return was abuse. I'm off to run some errands.

It's not abuse to call someone who lies behind anonymity about someone's mental health a lying coward. The abuse is lying about someone's mental health behind a nickname. Put your name by your allegations, you lying coward.

I have seen this a lot in non-native speakers. They are frustrated because while they can express themselves well in their native language, it is much harder for them in English. So when they run into problems when taking exams that require a minimum standard of English, they invariably try to blame others for their failure.

I do believe the claimant is an example of this.
So you're saying the claimant brought a tribunal claim against IFoA, because he a native Welshman (protected characteristic), Welsh speaker first language, who had difficulties in passing CA3 as it's in English. That's another lie, from a lying coward, not lying about mental health this time but being racist.

To my knowledge the claimant has not made any such disclosure. You are making excuses for a poster who has defamed an individual with lies about his mental health. Shame on you.

a_t, don't take this as an assertion about your mental health, but I don't think being on this thread is good for your mental wellbeing. Take a break.

Real nice of you. Just like you said no one was defending the lying coward then you proceeded to do so:
