Default Bitcoin Reinsurance

What do you guys think of using the Bitcoin protocol to automatically enforce reinsurance contracts ?

You could trace BTC paid as premium and immediately direct it to your re insurer without having to go through an intermediary application like TAI.

It's more of a thought experiment at this stage.

I think those types of apps are 15 - 20 years away. We just switched over to a web based admin system last year, prior to which we using a oracle/database system which suuuucked.
