Did you include 1.5M savings on your budget for every year? Remember, that Can-Do is expecting to save 1.5M on the first year and expecting the savings each year to increase with inflation.

If this is the conclusion you've arrived at, defend your conclusion and show your work.

I got a net negative for a few of the scenarios, but not for all the scenarios and mmr'd.

I don't think it matters what you get though as long as you can justify your answer. I'm not even sure if it matters that your math be totally accurate. I think they care more that you followed the structure of the memo as instructed and addressed all their points than it being totally accurate.
